ABOUT US
Jenn Green
OWNER
Jenn's background is in organizational development, project management and process improvement. She worked the human resource and benefits field for 12 years. In this role Jenn managed the day to day process of employee benefits, claims management, and issue resolution. Additionally, she managed the benefits renewal process, employee education, employee enrollment, and implementation of various benefits for companies with 2 employees to 10,000 employees. She has worked with companies like McDonald's, Standard Parking, and City and County of Denver.
She transitioned to real estate doing closing support, project management, and process improvement with Land Title. She has been assisting real estate agents for years, helping make the management of the daily tasks more effective and efficient.
Jenn's education is in business, psychology, and communication. She has a Master's of Art in Psychology and a Master's of Art in Communication.
Mike Green
MARKETING
Mike's background is in marketing, project management, and creative services. He worked for Freeman Companies as Creative Services Director, putting together trade shows, exhibits, and corporate events. In this role he was charged with the organization, management and execution of large scale events down to the smallest detail.
He transitioned to the sign and printing industry, where he managed design projects from concept to production. In this role he work remotely with clients across the country delivering exceptional customer service.
Mike transitioned to FedEx office in 2006 where he successfully ran multiple locations. His knowledge and skills include day to day operations of over 40 projects per day, customer service, employee oversight, interviewing and hiring, and budgeting.
Mike's education is in business, design, and video production.
Katie Zonlo

Katie has worked in corporate communications, marketing, college advancement, and education. During her career, which includes living in three different states, Katie worked for an environmental engineering firm and was tasked with writing and distributing companywide newsletters (both paper and electronic), annual reports, award applications and developing leadership presentations. She managed the marketing department for a small bank in New Mexico, handling community and public relations, advertising, branding, and sponsorship requests. Katie then decided to transition from the corporate environment to education, taking a position in advancement at St. John’s College. In this role, she managed major gift and top donor prospects, partnered with alumni to increase annual giving, and organized receptions for undergraduate and graduate students and their families.
In addition to collaborating with Real Estate by SPHERE, Katie currently works for a children’s library doing education and outreach (and writing real estate listings for fairies!). She also volunteers as an educational docent at Drumthwacket, the official residence of the Governor of New Jersey. Katie’s education is in English and technical journalism.
